Guangdong WOYA electrical appliance Co., Ltd, established in 2013, is located in Liangjiang city, west of Guangdong province.We are professionally manufacturing 3 product categories:- commercial rice cooker(ranging from 3.6L~16L)- domestic rice cooker(ranging from 0.6L~2.8L)- electric jug kettle(ranging from 1.5L~2.5L)Most metal and plastic parts are produced in-house with totally 3, 8000m2 plant, including:- 7000 m2 kettle metal processing workshop: Cutting, punching, welding, drawing ,heating element production etc.- 8000 m2 rice cooker metal processing workshop: Outstandingly powerful at deep-drawing for large inner pot of commercial rice cooker, and automatic drying and printing machinery.- 15 plastic processing machines work semi-automatically to save lots of labor cost.- 4 assembly lines (2 for electric kettles with monthly capacity 250, 000PCS & 2 for rice cookers with monthly capacity 75,000PCS.).A unique laboratory offers another strong support to our quality consistency. We are able to implement not only aging test on heating element, operation cycles, but also salt spray test, packaging drop test, special thermal test, power cord durability test and so on,making sure our products are with stable structure and long lifespan.Our factory is certified ISO 9001:2015 and most of our products are certified CE,CB,EMC,GMark,RoHS,LFGB.In 2022 ,we registered brand "YOLLNIA " in USA and established our own AMAZON store . In 2023, we also registered "YOLLNIA" brand in EU to work with our customers to develop deeper in the market.
